Preeti did an incredible job in a number of ways. She eased into the session and made sure I was comfortable. It's not the easiest thing to open your heart deeply and she made it smooth and easy for me to get out of my head and into my heart. Further, once we were on that level, she was adept at gently guiding me through the process in a way that felt safe and was also effective. she was able to understand the things that were coming up for me before I fully understood them. In that way she guided me, but without taking too much control of the direction our session and I was able to release and feel everything that was coming up. It all felt very natural. The parts of me that she helped open up, take apart and put back together are grateful for her gentle demeanor and strong sense of purpose. There is no doubt that she knows her craft and is able to use it and communicate it to the world effectively.
